Site Manager

SMSTS Site Manager required for office refurbishment construction site project.

Main works:

• Toilet refurb 
• New kitchenettes
• Meeting rooms 
• Door, cupboards and furniture wrapping
• Office decoration – corridors

Main duties:

• The daily running of site
• site inductions
• looking after and direction sub contractors
• maintaining health and safety
• keeping records of progress 
• reporting back to contracts manager 

Requirements:

• SMSTS Cert
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certificate
• min 5 years site manager experience
• be from a interior/refurbishment background
• Possible - Vetting process due to sensitivity of works
