Ridgeway & Co are working in partnership with a leading main contractor who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors throughout London. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site-based activities and subcontractors

• Ensure health & safety, quality, and environmental standards are met

• Monitor progress and report against programme milestones

• Coordinate materials, logistics, and labour on site

• Maintain good communication with the project team, consultants, and client

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects in the UK

• Strong background in residential and/or commercial builds

• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively
