Site Manager

We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager / Sub Agent to oversee a highways scheme involving the demolition of an existing culvert and construction of a new structure on a freelance basis.

You''ll be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, subcontractor management, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. A strong focus on health & safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance is essential.

What we''re looking for:

·Proven experience in highways/civil engineering, ideally with culvert or drainage works
·Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills
·Knowledge of CDM Regulations and temporary works
·CSCS (Site Manager), SMSTS & First Aid certifications
·Ability to interpret drawings/specs with excellent communication & organisational skills

Desirable: NEC contract experience, small-medium infrastructure project exposure, and familiarity with digital site management tools.
