Job Title: Site Manager 

Start Date: Sept 2025

Location: Cheltenham 

Day Rate: £270 - £300 depending on experience 

Client: A specialist contractor with an excellent reputation nationally are looking for a Site Manager to join them on a temporary basis on a new build a new build leisure centre 

Project: My client are seeking a Site Manager to assist on the construction of a new build Leisure centre, with external works which include installation of swimming pools, car parking and tennis courts, as well as internal fit out, M&E installation and decoration 

Responsibilities:

• Site Manager reporting into a Project Manager 
• Management and coordination of Labour
• Sequencing Subcontractors 
• Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and Subcontractors 
• Management and coordination of deliveries 
• Procurement of materials and plant 
• Tool box talks and inductions 
• Site inspections 

The Successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in similar role 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.
• CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.
• Recent workplace references.
