Site Manager

Redrock Recruitment are looking to recruit for their client experienced Site Manager to join a project that is half way through building a large new build manufacturing facility, you will be assisting the existing project team to deliver the demands of this fast paced project.
We are looking for General Site Manager with solid build knowledge to drive performance & uphold strong H&S controls on site

Your day to day will include:

• Managing site operations to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery
• Supporting the Senior Management team in implementing contractual strategies
• Monitoring health and safety compliance, including toolbox talks and audits
• Managing resources, including subcontractors, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
• Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
• Working as part of the team

Desired/Essential Skills

• SMSTS Qualified
• First Aid trained
• CSCS card- Black
• Understanding of H&S
• RAMs approvals and carry out
• commutable daily to chichester
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible, can-do attitude
• MS Office skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently
• Full driving licence-
