PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Site Manager to Join their Production team on a temporary basis. This role will be working across a Commercial Groundworks project in the East Midlands.
Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful delivery of projects
- A strong focus on H&S
- Working to deadlines and budgets
- Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
- Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
- Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
- Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed
Site Manager Requirements
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Must have experience working and delivering on Commercial Groundworks Projects
- Minimum 2 years of site management experience
- Good legal/contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driving licence
