Site Manager

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Site Manager to Join their Production team on a temporary basis. This role will be working across a Commercial Groundworks project in the East Midlands.

Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects
• A strong focus on H&S
• Working to deadlines and budgets
• Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood
• Develop and maintain construction programmes with internal teams
• Co-ordinate and manage site investigations during the ongoing construction process
• Ensure detailed site diaries/records are completed

Site Manager Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Must have experience working and delivering on Commercial Groundworks Projects
• Minimum 2 years of site management experience
• Good legal/contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving licence
