Job Title: Site Manager - School Refurbishment

Location: Hertford

Start Date: Monday 11th August 2025

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project focused on fire safety compliance works. The project involves the installation of fire doors, fire stopping, and roller shutters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on site to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
• Oversee installation of fire doors, fire stopping, and roller shutter systems in accordance with current safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and school representatives.
• Maintain detailed records and report progress to the project team.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing school or commercial refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and installation best practices.
• SMSTS, First Aid and valid CSCS card.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
