Site Manager

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of small-scale civil engineering projects. This includes supervising site teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations across multiple projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Ensure work is completed to spec, budget, and schedule
• Liaise with clients and senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in civils or construction
• Strong knowledge of minor civils works (e.g., drainage, kerbing, footpaths, small roadworks)
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified (essential)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
