Site Manager - Permanent Role

Pay: £25.00 per hour

Benefits: Company van, fuel card, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (flexibility required) 

Start Date: July/August

Location: Nationwide projects - Applicants are required to live in the North West

About the Opportunity

My client are growing and on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join their expanding team. With exciting projects across the UK you''ll play a key role in delivering high-end fit outs and refurbishments in offices and warehouses up to £4M in value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness

Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and stakeholders

Monitor budget control and ensure project delivery within scope

Interpret and execute M&E specifications

Collaborate with Project Managers and other Site Managers

Drive site progress and uphold health & safety standards

What We''re Looking For

Proven experience in office fit outs and refurbishments (including warehouses)

Strong communicator and a solid team player

Highly organised, detail-driven, and budget-conscious

Comfortable working in dynamic environments across locations

Based in the North West

Qualifications

SMSTS & First Aid certified
