Site Manager

A confidential construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist with the completion of a social housing project near Chester. The role covers refurbishment works and new-build plots, requiring strong site management skills and proven experience in residential construction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage refurbishment works on 10 residential blocks

• Oversee completion of 16 new-build plots

• Carry out snagging, issue to relevant contractors

• Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and company policies

• Complete daily site diaries and weekly progress reports

• Conduct regular site audits and safety inspections

• Review RAMS and implement control measures

• Lead daily briefings and subcontractor meetings

• Liaise with engineers and architects on design & build matters

• Compile O&M manuals and home user guides

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS certification

• IOSH qualification

• NVQ Level 3 or above

• Full UK driving licence

• Previous experience managing both new-build and refurbishment projects
