Site Manager

Brownlee Cale require a Freelance Site Manager with road and ducting experience.-

You will-hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.Temporary Works would be advantageous-

Duties will include:

• Plan and coordinate site activities-to ensure the project runs on time and within budget.

• Manage subcontractors and labour, ensuring work is completed to the required standards.

• Enforce health and safety regulations-and maintain compliance with all site policies.

• Monitor progress and report regularly-to project stakeholders.

• Oversee quality control-and resolve any on-site issues or defects quickly.

Both CIS and Umbrella PAYE working.
