Site Manager - Night Shifts
Location: Longbridge
Start Date: 4th August
Shift Pattern: 4 x consecutive night shifts
We''re looking for an experienced and reliable Site Manager to oversee night works on a construction project in Longbridge. This short-term contract will involve managing trades, overseeing site safety, and ensuring all night-time operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activity during night shifts
- Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly followed
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks as required
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
- Liaise with the project team to ensure smooth handover to day staff
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Previous experience managing construction works at night
- Strong communication and leadership skills
