Site Manager

Call all Retail Site Managers!!!- Build Space NEEDS YOU!!!

One of our top clients, a Modular Build Main Contractor, has asked to supply them with a Site Managers for a major retail roll out they have kicking off.

Are you an experienced Site Manager who has headed up multiple, fast track fit out projects nationwide?

Is quality and finish a real driver for you?

Do you lead from the front, jumping in with the Teams to deliver jobs when duty calls?

If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you!!!

Site Manager roles & responsibilities:

- Subcontractor management
- Driving programme
- Quality control
- H&S management
- Reporting

Site Manager experience required:

- Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience
- Trade background preferred - Joiner / Electrician
- Excellent communication skills
- "Can do, will do" attitude
- CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
