We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 12-week residential project based in Rustington. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager to join a live site with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations

• Managing subcontractors and trades on site

• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

• Monitoring progress and maintaining programme schedules

• Liaising with clients and senior management

• Ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects

• Valid SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work

• Strong organisational and communication skills
