Site Manager

Purpose of Role:
To oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards during the absence of the regular site manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities and coordinate subcontractors.

• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Monitor progress against the programme and report any issues.

• Maintain site records and daily logs.

• Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and clients as required.

• Carry out basic quality checks on work completed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role in construction.

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS
