Site Manager

PSR Solutions are recuriting for a Permanent Site Manager to work on projects in Oxfordshire and Worcestershire. This will be working for a reputable Civils contractor who work within the highways division. Please see more info below!

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of civil engineering and highways projects from inception through to completion.

You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across civils and highways schemes

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures

• Programme and coordinate works to meet client deadlines

• Monitor budgets, resources and materials

• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities

• Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

• Produce and maintain site documentation and reports

Project Exposure

• Section 278 works

• Infrastructure and highways packages

• Schemes delivered for well-known developers and contractors including Glencar, A&H and McLaren

• Project values ranging from -100k to -7m

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within Civils / Highways

• Strong knowledge of Section 278 works and infrastructure delivery

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified

• Ability to manage projects as both Main Contractor and Subcontractor

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Commercial awareness and programme management capability
