Site Manager

Overview:
Experienced freelance Site Manager required to oversee the refurbishment of a Job Centre in Plymouth. Works include painting, decorating, and installation of new flooring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project runs on time and to budget

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors (painting, decorating, flooring)

• Ensure health & safety compliance on site

• Liaise with client, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Maintain site records and report progress

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects

• SMSTS (or SSSTS minimum), First Aid, CSCS

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve on-site issues
