Site Manager

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a Demoliton project based in Kensington working on a high end residential fit out.

This project is 22 weeks in duration and due to start ASAP.

Project value is approx. -10m.

Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and Demolition.

Criteria:

• Valid CSCS/CCDO
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on demolition projects
• Ideally experience working on projects in the value of -5m - -10m.
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Working references - essential
• Will be required to interview with the client
