Site Manager

Building and refurbishment Contractor- delivering projects across the public and private sector seek-a site/project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects ranging -50k to -500k across Surrey and Kent regions.-

Your responsibilities will be to oversee all site operations, manage subcontractors, control programme and budget, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects c-50k to -500k

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing

• Experience working within a small to medium-sized contractor environment

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Strong commercial awareness

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card preferred), and First Aid

• Proficient in MS Project or similar

• Can do attitude
