Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor, overseeing the fit-out of an administrative building as part of a high-profile data centre project in Newport.

This role is ideally suited to professionals with a background in data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial, or similarly high-specification environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site activities related to the fit-out package, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labour, maintaining smooth and efficient site operations.
• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations across all site operations.
• Review technical drawings and specifications, resolving any design or coordination issues proactively.
• Monitor programme schedules, track progress, and report updates to senior management.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders including design teams, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Maintain accurate and detailed site records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
