Site Manager - Hotel Project - Reading
We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager to run a large hotel build in Reading. You''ll be taking the lead on groundworks, structural steel, fa-ades, windows, and roofing, managing the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.

The role:

• Oversee all on-site works and ensure the project runs to programme.
• Lead the external packages - groundworks, steel frame, fa-ades, windows, and roofing.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to deliver on time and budget.

What you''ll need:

• Experience as a Site Manager on large commercial or hospitality builds.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel and external envelope packages.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
• A proactive approach and good leadership skills.

The project:

• Approx. 12-month programme with more projects in the pipeline.
