Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading residential development project based in South West London. This is a short-term contract role (approx. 3 months), with an immediate start available.

Project Overview:

• 70-unit residential development

• RC frame construction

• Role focused on taking units from 1st fix through to handover to the Finishing Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works progress in line with programme and deadlines

• Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety on site at all times

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

• Report on site progress and liaise with senior management

• Support the Finishing Managers with handover preparation

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications (must be up to date)

• Proven track record with main contractors or developers on large-scale RC frame housing schemes

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to drive progress on site

• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend work available
