No.1 Site Manager - Fast-Track Cat A Fit Out 275 per day 4-week contract Start next weekCSC Recruitment are currently working with an established fit out contractor who are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a short-term, fast-track commercial fit out project in South East London.The project is a small Cat A demise scheme within an existing commercial building, involving the construction of a new partition wall and corridor connecting two areas of the building.This is a hands-on No.1 Site Manager role, with responsibility for running the site independently and reporting directly into a visiting Project Manager.The RoleTake full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the siteManage and coordinate subcontractors and site activitiesMaintain high standards of health, safety and qualityCoordinate the works programme and ensure the project remains on scheduleLiaise with the Project Manager and wider project teamEnsure site paperwork, inductions and compliance requirements are maintainedOversee the works through to completion and handoverAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of a project and can hit the ground running.You will ideally have:Previous Cat A fit out experienceStrong experience delivering fast-track commercial fit out projectsPrevious experience running projects as the No.1 Site ManagerExcellent subcontractor management and organisational skillsSMSTSCSCSFirst AidAsbestos AwarenessThe ..... full job details .....
