They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of their Ipswich site. If you are an experienced operational leader with a background in industrial manufacturing, chemicals or a similarly regulated environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. The Role You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the bulk storage site, ensuring that people, processes, equipment and resources are effectively managed to deliver business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of employees, contractors and visitors across the site. Leading site performance against agreed business, operational and safety objectives. Managing raw materials, finished products and external storage facilities, ensuring robust and accurate stock control. Ensuring all activities comply with relevant HSE, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements. Developing a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, identifying opportunities to improve safety, productivity, efficiency and quality.
