Freelance Site Manager Required - Weybridge Location: Weybridge, Surrey Start Date: 21st September Duration: 7 Weeks Rate: Competitive Day Rate - 7.30am - 4.30pm Project: Large Distribution Centre Contractor: Tier 1 Main Contractor We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a major refurbishment project on a large distribution centre in Weybridge. Working on behalf of a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, the successful candidate will oversee and coordinate several painting teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management of painting and decorating works. Managing multiple subcontractor painting teams. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and site procedures. Monitoring programme and productivity to ensure project milestones are achieved. Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings. Maintaining quality control and reporting progress to the Project Manager. Coordinating with the client, contractors and other trades on site. Completing site records, RAMS reviews and permit processes where required. Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects. Valid SMSTS certification. Valid CSCS Managers Card (Black Card). First Aid at Work certification.
