Site Manager

Site Manager Required | Radlett | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction activities on a busy domestic project in Radlett. This is a -5.5 million project, building 5 high end luxury apartments. Ideally, you will come from a Carpentry background and have proven experience managing subcontractors, coordinating site operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Day-to-day site management
• Coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Monitoring quality, progress, and site safety
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and suppliers
• Ensuring works are completed in line with programme and drawings

Key Requirements:

Carpentry trade background preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience managing subcontract labour and site logistics
Strong health & safety awareness
SSSTS certificate (essential)
First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
