Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimise delays. Ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
