Job Description We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term MandE upgrade project on a single-storey building in Sevenoaks. The role will involve managing the site through the final stages of works and ensuring a smooth handover to the Senior Site Manager. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site activities Overseeing MandE upgrade works Coordinating subcontractors and trades Ensuring health and safety compliance on site Maintaining programme and quality standards Managing site documentation and progress reporting Supporting final inspections and handover to SM Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager Strong knowledge of MandE works SMSTS, CSCS (and First Aid preferred) Ability to manage a small project independently Strong communication and organisational skills Rate Competitive (dependent on experience) ..... full job details .....
