The Role:We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on high-profile fit out and refurbishment projects. This role would suit a hands-on, organised, and safety-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage stakeholders with confidence. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS policies Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and maintain project documentation Liaise closely with the Project Manager regarding scheduling, risks, and design queries Ensure compliance with Tier 1 quality, safety, and environmental management systems Proactively resolve on-site issues and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit out and/or refurbishment projects (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience preferred) Strong understanding of construction ..... full job details .....
