Site Manager Holiday CoverLocation: MusselburghContract: 8th October 19th OctoberHours: Monday Thursday 8:00am 4:30pm Friday 8:00am 3:30pmWe are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a live construction project in Musselburgh.The project is just getting started and is currently in the early stages, so we are looking for someone who can confidently step onto site, take responsibility for the day-to-day management and keep everything running smoothly while the existing Site Manager is away.This is a short-term opportunity running for just over one week, with a start date of 8th October and the contract potentially running through to 19th October.The Role: Managing the day-to-day activities on siteSupervising subcontractors and site operativesEnsuring works are completed safely and to the required standardsMonitoring progress and coordinating site activitiesMaintaining site documentation and paperworkEnsuring health and safety procedures are followedLiaising with the wider project team and contractorsTaking responsibility for the site while providing holiday cover About You: Previous experience working as a Site ManagerBackground in either Civil Engineering or JoineryConfident managing a site and coordinating tradesStrong understanding of health and safety requirementsAble to work independently and take ownership of site operationsCSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates required Working Hours: Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pmFriday: 8:00am ..... full job details .....
