This is a critical role requiring a lead who prioritises precision, technical accuracy and the delivery of a high-standard finish. The Role You will be based full-time on site, taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations. The project is currently at a stage where strict adherence to detailed drawings and design specifications is essential. Key Responsibilities: Trade Coordination: Effective management and oversight of all on-site trades. Programme Delivery: Maintaining timelines to drive the project toward completion. Quality Control: Rigorous oversight of finishing works to ensure they meet high-end standards. Compliance: Ensuring all site activity aligns with design information and safety regulations. Requirements We are looking for a professional with a straightforward approach to site management and a track record of integrity. Experience: Proven background as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, specifically within the high-end residential sector.
