Site Manager (Renewables and Retrofit) Location: Harrow Contract: Full-Time Permanent About the Role Our client is a leading contractor delivering large-scale retrofit, decarbonisation and renewable energy projects across the UK. Working predominantly within the social housing sector, they specialise in improving the energy efficiency of residential properties through the installation of low-carbon technologies and sustainable building solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee renewable energy and retrofit projects across Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional with experience managing refurbishment, retrofit or renewable energy schemes. The Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, subcontractors and operational teams, you will coordinate labour, monitor progress and ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites from start to completion. Produce and issue weekly progress reports to the contract management team.
