A leading Midlands based construction company is seeking a Site Manager for a new project focused on fire door replacements across Commercial and Residential projects-in the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a long-term framework programme, delivering high-quality refurbishments and fire safety upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities and ensure timely project delivery
- Oversee Health & Safety procedures and compliance
- Maintain clear and accurate site documentation
- Act as the primary site lead with support from a visiting Contracts Manager
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in residential/commercial refurbishment
- Strong knowledge of fire protection standards and practices
- Valid certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Proven track record in a Site Manager role with a reputable contractor
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
