Site Manager School Fit-Out Location: GloucesterSalary: £50,000 £60,000 per annum DOEEmployment Type: PermanentThe Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven school fit-out experience to join an established construction team delivering projects across a variety of site locations.This is a key site-based role responsible for the day-to-day management of construction and fit-out operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.Previous experience managing school fit-out projects is essential for this position.Reporting to the Contracts Managers and Construction Director, you will take ownership of site operations while working closely with subcontractors, trades, engineers, architects, surveyors and other project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Plan and coordinate all on-site construction and fit-out activities.Liaise effectively with Contracts Managers, engineers, architects and surveyors.Interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.Prepare site logistics plans and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.Maintain consistent use of Procure throughout all phases of the project.
