Due to a growing pipeline of secured projects, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their operational team and play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and financially secure contractor that places a strong emphasis on quality, safety, teamwork and employee development.Your new role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors and direct labour, coordinate site operations, monitor progress against programme targets and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.The successful candidate will lead site meetings, maintain strong communication with clients, consultants and internal project teams, and ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the build process.
