Site Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading residential developer looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of new housing developments from inception through to completion.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage all day-to-day site operations on a live housing development.
-Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour.
-Ensure build programmes and completion dates are achieved.
-Maintain the highest standards of health and safety across site.
-Monitor build quality and ensure compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
-Prepare for and manage NHBC inspections.
-Liaise with technical, commercial, sales and customer care teams throughout the build process.
-Manage site records, progress reports and Health & Safety documentation.
-Drive productivity while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
-Ensure homes are completed to a high standard ahead of customer handover.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
-Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
-A proven track record of delivering quality housing developments.
-Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
-Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
-SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
-A full UK driving licence.
