Site Manager

An established, privately owned fit-out business is looking to recruit a Site Manager to join its team.

The Role

You''ll oversee site operations across a range of refurbishment & fit out projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site activities and ensuring programmes are maintained
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site teams
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project teams
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
• Reading drawings and ensuring installations are completed correctly
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site

You''ll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing fit-outs, refurbishments, renovations or small commercial new builds
• A strong track record with good tenure in previous roles
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, First Aid
