Site Manager

Conrad Consulting are excited to be working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a major multi-million-pound new build project in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to take responsibility for a significant package of works within a large-scale project, working alongside an experienced site team. The Role of the Site Manager: As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of works on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities of the Site Manager: Managing subcontractors and site operatives on a daily basis Coordinating site activities and ensuring works are delivered in line with the programme Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team Managing short-term programmes and lookaheads Monitoring progress, quality and productivity Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements Attending site meetings and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders Identifying and resolving any issues that could impact programme or delivery Ensuring works are completed to the required specification and quality standards Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to the project team Requirements of the Site Manager: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in large-scale new build ..... full job details .....
