Site Manager Civils and Utilities Salary: Competitive salary + package Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established contractor delivering a range of civil engineering, utilities and infrastructure projects across Central England. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to join a growing business where they can take ownership of projects, lead site teams and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality works. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully from mobilisation through to completion. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently. Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements. Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. Reviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are implemented. Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors. Monitoring progress against programme and reporting any issues or delays.
