Site Manager

CCS are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive School Site Manager to join a dedicated outstanding ofsted primary school. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced School Site Manager or a highly experienced School Caretaker looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, well-maintained, and ready to provide an outstanding learning environment for pupils and staff. Working Hours Monday to Friday 7:00am 11:00am 2:00pm 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Opening and closing the school each day. Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and DIY tasks. Ensuring the school premises are safe, clean, and secure. Managing health and safety compliance across the site. Conducting routine building and equipment checks. Liaising with contractors and overseeing work carried out on site. Managing site security, including alarms and access. Supporting the school with planned maintenance projects and emergency repairs. Assisting with the setup of school events where required. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a School Site Manager or an experienced School Caretaker looking to progress. Strong practical maintenance and DIY skills. Good knowledge of health and safety procedures within a school environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
