Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment - Chelmsford, Essex

I am currently recruiting a Site Manager for a main contractor based in London to run a 200k refit and strip out of a commercial building in Chelmsford, Essex with the project length running for 8 weeks and the works are undertaken out of hours (5pm to 1am).The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a visiting contracts manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, manage the programme with drop down line updates, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black (This is a must) and First Aid qualified My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and they are looking to start the suitable candidate by the 2nd March 2026.If you are interested in hearing more on this role, please can you send a copy of your CV to (url removed)RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
