Site Manager - Commercial

Site Manager - Specialist Interiors Location: Oxford A well-established specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team, overseeing the day-to-day running of projects across Oxford. This is a hands-on site management role, working closely with the Contracts and Project Management teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with programme and budget. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, including: Managing site teams, subcontractors and operatives Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety are maintained Carrying out regular site inspections, toolbox talks and safety checks Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to the required standards Managing materials, plant and labour on site Monitoring programme and productivity, identifying any potential delays or issues Liaising with clients and other project stakeholders Reviewing drawings, specifications and site requirements Maintaining accurate site records, diaries and photographic reports Supporting with variations, inspections and project handovers About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Site Manager, ideally within a specialist construction, interiors, fit-out or related environment.
