Site Manager - Commercial Fit Out

Bristol City Centre 50M+ Refurbishment and Retrofit Scheme We are working with a leading commercial fit out contractor delivering a major 50M+ refurbishment and retrofit project in Bristol City Centre, transforming a large-scale development into a high-quality modern workspace. Due to continued project progression, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering either Cat A or Cat B commercial fit out projects, with the ability to manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. The Role Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered in line with the programme Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and specification Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team Monitoring progress and supporting the delivery of key project milestones Maintaining high standards of health and safety across site Managing site logistics, sequencing and coordination of trades Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction information Supporting the resolution of technical and construction-related issues About You Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out, refurbishment or retrofit Experience delivering Cat A or Cat B fit out projects Strong knowledge of construction ..... full job details .....
