Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a major 290-bed hotel fit-out scheme in London. This is a site-based role on a substantial three-year project. This position would suit a strong, hands-on Site Manager with a proven background in delivering high-quality hotel, hospitality or complex interior fit-out projects. The Role You will be based on site in London, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the 290-bedroom hotel fit-out, working alongside the Project Manager and wider construction team. Key responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works progress in line with the programme Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades Managing sequencing and interfaces between trades Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications Managing short-term programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain progress Ensuring health and safety standards and site procedures are maintained at all times Managing site logistics, deliveries and access Coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants and wider project team Managing snagging, quality inspections and handover activities Maintaining accurate site records and reporting on progress About You We are looking for an established Site ..... full job details .....
