Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an exciting leisure fit-out project in Hartlepool. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced interior fit-out projects, with a joinery trade background preferred. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, ensuring high-quality finishes, and upholding the highest standards of health and safety throughout the project. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operations Coordination and supervision of subcontractors Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification Maintaining site records and reporting progress Managing quality control and snagging Liaising with the client, project team, and suppliers Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects Joinery trade background preferred Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades ..... full job details .....
