Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Dudley.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager to join a live education project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the site.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health and safety legislation.Monitor project progress and maintain programme deadlines.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and project team to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain high standards of quality and site housekeeping.Essential RequirementsSSSTS or SMSTS.Valid CSCS Card.First Aid at Work certificate.Previous experience managing refurbishment projects.Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.DesirableJoinery background.Previous Enhanced DBS certificate.If you are an experienced Freelance Site Manager available to start on Monday 20th July and are interested in this opportunity, we''d like to hear from you.
