The Role We are looking for a confident and experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of a comprehensive soft strip-out project. The successful candidate will take ownership of the site from establishment through to final clean and handover, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme and strictly within the agreed scope. The project involves the non-structural soft strip-out of a multi-level commercial building, from basement through to Level 9, including a dedicated commercial unit within the building. Key Responsibilities Manage the project from site establishment through to final handover. Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, programme and approved RAMS. Carry out site inductions and ensure all personnel are appropriately briefed. Check CSCS cards, training records and right-to-work documentation.
