The Site manager will be confident in coordinating multiple subcontractors on a live public site, and comfortable taking full ownership of Permits to Work, RAMS and CDM 2015 compliance. Key responsibilities for the Site Manager Working under the direct supervision of the Project Manager Lead by example and embed a safety culture, promoting Hazard and Near Miss reporting Ensure all works are carried out safely and that supervisors and teams comply with relevant legislation and regulations Conduct RAMS evaluations, pre-start briefings, Toolbox Talks, point-of-work risk assessments, site inspections and incident reporting Issue and manage Permits to Work (PTW) for all high-risk activities, including mid-permit monitoring checks Actively supervise all active work zones, with a minimum of two inspections per zone per day Coordinate installation works with multiple subcontractors and stakeholders, including verifying Traffic Management arrangements at all excavation pits Identify and expose faults on buried networks that do not meet project specifications Manage ...
