Site Manager Required - Warehouse Refurbishment - Winchester We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Winchester, commencing next week. Project Details Location: Winchester Project Value: 500,000 Start Date: Immediate / Next Week Duration: 8 - 12 weeks Scope of Works The refurbishment will include: Warehouse strip-out and enabling works Internal painting and decorating Flooring installation Suspended ceiling works Installation of temporary fixtures and fittings Coordination of subcontractors and site activities Health and Safety management and compliance Requirements Proven experience managing refurbishment projects SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and site documentation Responsibilities Day-to-day site management Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget Coordinating trades and subcontractors Client and stakeholder liaison Maintaining programme and quality standards Site reporting and record keeping Must have fit out experience - Warehouse fit preferable To apply or discuss the role further, please contact us today with your CV and availability. ..... full job details .....
