This is a 45-week residential recladding project involving the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and the installation of a new Rockpanel fa-ade system. The contractor is operating as Principal Contractor , and you''ll be the No.1 on site , taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
